Disaster always came suddenly, without permission, but we can reduce the risk. Readiness are not owned by everyone. Existence CBDRM supported by the government will increase public aware about disasters, so that people can get maximum results and reduces the victim in dealing with any disasters.

If the implementation of risk reduction is inappropriate with the needs, aspirations and wishes of the people, Government did the deviations from their responsibilities. so here I want to remind all the world leaders to gathered together in developing community resilience dealing with any disasters.
