Pakistan Lions Youth Council (PLYC) is a non-governmental organization that is dedicated to the mission of promoting youth development, the welfare of women and human rights.

The organization is headed by Mr. Qaisar Javaid, a practicing lawyer in Khanewal, who is very active outside PLYC in campaigning for the eradication of child labour and improved human rights.

The organization is working for the social and economic uplift of youth and in order to achieve such aims, it provides training to youth through various workshops, seminars and camps. In addition to this, national and international youth exchange programmes are strongly encouraged by PLYC. One initiative that deserves particular recognition is the creation of an Investigative Cell, which is working to identify cases of child labour. Through determining such cases, PLYC can begin working to eliminate child labour.

Aside from youth, the uplift of women, particularly those residing in rural areas is a key objective of PLYC. The organization hopes to improve the status of such women and has set up a technical training centre in Multan to advise them on income generating activities, as well as a Legal Aid and Human Rights Cell in Khanewal City to provide legal assistance, free of cost, to deserving women. In addition, free health facilities are available to women in Khanewal City, where a hospital has been built to cater for their needs. PLYC is working with NGOs worldwide to give women a voice through more effective and non-discriminative legislation.
